Marshmallow Fudge

Marshmallow Fudge

4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 c butter
cook to soft ball (carefully) then take off heat and add:
12 oz chocolate chips
1 lb mini marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla
mix well, then spread in a well greased cookie sheet

When my parents were visiting last weekend my mom wanted to teach my kids how to make fudge (the easy way). They had such a blast and it really is good fudge. We like to eat it on a spoon with popcorn. We have always done it this way. After you pour it into the pan, just take a spoon and scoop some out. Then we eat handfuls of popcorn and fudge right off the spoon while watching a movie. It is the best!!!

  1. I've been wanting to make this for a while, and I finally did last night. It is super yummy!!! Mine didn't turn out as thick as what you have pictured though, do I need to use a smaller cookie sheet next time?
