Hi, my name is Tabitha and I am a Food Network Addict. I watch it all the time and that's usually where I get my idea's and recipes. these two recipe's are from two different shows but they go so well together. the cookie itself is very yummy! The avocado frosting was kind of an experiment. I wasn't to sure about it, and right when it is made, it doesn't taste very good, but be patient and let it sit in the fridge for a bit so it can set up and cool off and you seriously can not tell that it's made with a healthy fat like avocado, instead of butter. This cookie is defiantly for lemon lovers!!
