BBQ pork Won Ton Taco's

BBQ pork (you can use store bought or I just used a McCormick's seasoning and a crock pot)
1 bag (16oz) cole slaw mix
2/3 c. Miracle whip
1/4 t. celery seed
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Won Ton wrappers.
Vegetable oil.
Make pork as desired. (shredded preferably)
Mix together cole slaw, miracle whip, celery seed, salt, and pepper and set aside to let the flavors merry.
In a deep fryer or a pot (I used a small pot) heat oil to Med-high heat.
I used Vegetable oil because olive oil, although healthier, will burn.
fold wontons in half to look like a triangle. hold one side of the two triangles with tongs and dip in other side. flip and do the side you were just holding. through trial and error we finally figured out how to make them resemble tacos. cook each side a little at a time. Let dry off on a paper towel covered plate.
To serve fill won ton tacos with pork and top with coleslaw.
I got the idea for this dish from applebee's. They have this on their menu as a new appetiser and I love recreating. I found a packet of BBQ pork seasoning by the dry packets of gravy at the grocery store and the coleslaw recipe in BHG magazine. I think it came out quite nicely. It's just something different and fun and extremely tastey! :)
