Rotisserie Chicken

I love rotisserie chicken and I wanted to post about how we use one. On Saturday mornings Jared and I usually leave the kids at home and head to the grocery store. If we get there around 10 and it takes us an hour to shop, they are usually just pulling the chickens out. So we get one and take it home for lunch. We make sandwiches with it, then I pull the rest of the meat off the bones and put it in a zip lock bag and into the freezer it goes. Later when a recipe calls for chicken I use the rest of the rotisserie chicken that I had frozen. It's a great way to get 2 meals out of 1 chicken and none of it goes to waste.
