Homemade Goldfish Crackers

Homemade Goldfish Crackers
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 T Butter, cut into cubes
1 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 T cold water

Pulse everything (except water) together in the food processor until the dough resembles coarse sand.  Pulse in water, 1 T at a time.  Remove dough from the processor, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in freezer for 10 minutes.  Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.  Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until crispy.

I've been trying to find a few fun recipes for my kids.  I found this recipe on Pinterest and just had to try it.  I made a little fish cookie cutter out of a Mt. Dew can.  I also added about 1/4 tsp garlic powder for a little more flavor.  These little crackers are so delicious.  My kids ate them right up.  (Original Recipe posted on tastykitchen.com)
