Hash Brown Soup

Hash Brown Soup

6 c water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
2 packages cream cheese
1 large bag of frozen hash browns
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 cube butter

Mix all ingredients together, cook until the cream cheese is melted, then simmer for 20 minutes.  Serve with crumbled bacon on top.

I got this recipe from a friend on facebook.  Honestly when I saw Dill Weed in the recipe I wasn't sure about it, but it really is so delicious.  Perfect for a cold winter's night.
