Jello Poke Cake1 package white or yellow cake mix
1 package (3 oz) Jello any flavor (we use strawberry)
1 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water
1 small tub cool whip
Prepare cake mix as directed, bake in well greased pan. Cool cake 15 minutes, then prick with fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Dissolve jello in boiling water, then add cold water and carefully pour over warm cake. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Top with cool whip.
Oh how I love this cake. It is my favorite. MaKady requested it for her birthday this year.
