Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake

Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake
1 chocolate cake mix (the kind without the pudding in the mix)
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 c oil
1 c water
4 eggs
1 c chocolate chips
1 16oz container sour cream

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients and place in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours, try not to lift the lid. Serve warm with ice cream.

I found this recipe online and wanted to try it while my sister was visiting. We were a little short on time, so I cooked it on high for 2 1/2 hours. It did burn a tiny bit on the edges because of the faster cooking time, but it was sooo good. I think next time I make it I will invite more people over to eat it. It really needs to be eaten when it is warm and fresh. It wasn't that great the next day. I also used white chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate because that's what I had and it was awesome.
