Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip
1 pkg. baby spinach, washed and chopped
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg knorr vegetable recipe mix

Mix all ingredients together, put in fridge for atleast an hour before serving. Serve with crackers or torn pieces of french bread.

This is another one of our families favorite things to have at Thanksgiving. Honestly it's an easy recipe that is adapted from the recipe on the back of the knorr package. Even people that don't really like spinach tend to like this dip. It's also great for other gatherings.
