Brownie in a mug!

4 T. brownie mix, (the chewy kind works best)

2 T. water

1 T. any fun thing you want to mix with it. we had pieces of Andie's mints, you could also do caramel bits, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, pieces of a candy cane, sky's the limit:)

Mix well and cook in a microwave for 1 minute. ENJOY!

Yes it really is that simple. I needed an idea for visiting teaching and in one of the many papers my mom has given me about cute easy gifts, was this recipe. There wasn't a cute saying with it but its so fun you don't really need a one, just directions, a fun mug, the ingredients and a note that says Merry Christmas.. lol This is such a good idea when you need a brownie fix but don't want to make the whole pan. Also little kids LOVE fun stuff like this and it's so simple, they can do it themselves:)
