Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 slices thin ham
4 slices swiss cheese
Oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c onion

Pound chicken breast flat until about 1/2 inch thick. Then put a piece of ham and a piece of swiss cheese in chicken breast, and roll sides in, (like your wrapping a present). Use toothpicks to secure chicken, then fry in a small amount of oil until chicken is brown, and mostly cooked through. Then place chicken in a pan and pour (prepared soup) over chicken, add onion. Cook on 350 for 20-30 minutes, until soup is bubbling and chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.

I have not ever made this before. I found several recipes and I liked parts of them, but I just mixed and matched to create my own. My family loved it.
