Tortilla Rollups
Tortilla Rollups
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 pkg thinly sliced meat (I just use lunch meat)
1 pkg sliced cheese
Spread
Take a tortilla and lay it flat. Next spread a little bit of whatever spread you decide on 1/2 of the tortilla, layer lunch meat and cheese on top of that, then roll up. Place tortilla seam side down on a plate. Once you have a plate full, cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge for an hour or so. Cut into 1 inch sections just before serving.
Honey Mustard Spread
1/2 cube cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp mustard
1-2 drops of honey
Mix Well
You can really use anything you like to make these. I usually try to keep them simple, but I have seen them made with lettuce and mayo, thin strips of tomato and even bell peppers and onions. For the spreads I usually try to use 2 varieties. For my sisters baby shower I made 1 batch using turkey, Swiss cheese and the honey mustard spread, and another batch using ham, cheddar cheese, and ranch spread.
