Crockpot Chicken Burritos

Crock pot Chicken Burritos

3-5lbs chicken breasts (if frozen, do not thaw before, I've  found that it gives it a little extra moisture)
1 can corn-drained
1 can re fried beans
1 c. salsa
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can black beans-drained (optional)

Place everything in the crock pot and mix together a bit.  Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.  Keep an eye on it because different crock pots may actually cook this recipe faster.  Shred chicken with a fork.  Serve in tortillas with cheese, tomatoes, lettus, sour cream, etc...

Hello again food blog world, sorry that I have neglected you so!  Thankfully my sister is amazing and keeps you updated!  Life has been crazy but part of my new years resolution is to be able to relax.  In order for me to relax I have to feel that I have everything done, so I have set a specific day a week (Wednesdays) to updating my blogs.  so here it goes!   This recipe is one i got from one of our older sisters years ago.  It's a crock pot recipe so it's super simple and super tasty.  Like I said up in the directions, if you cook with frozen chicken it's best to put in the crock pot frozen, if it's not frozen you might need to add a T. or two of water.
