Breakfast Pull A-Parts
1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 slices of bacon, chopped
1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits
4 eggs
1/2 C chopped green bell pepper
1/4 C chopped red bell pepper
3 medium green onions chopped
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Heat a skillet, cook sausage and bacon over medium heat about 10 minutes or until brown.
Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 biscuits, cut each into quarters. In large bowl, beat eggs with fork or wire whisk until mixed well. Add biscuit pieces to eggs, gently toss to coat evenly. Add cooled sausage mixture and all remaining ingredients except cheese; gently toss until blended. Spoon mixture into baking dish, arrange biscuit pieces in single layer. Top with cheese.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set and biscuits are golden brown.
I found this recipe when I was searching around for something different but easy for breakfast one weekend. I came across this and I had all the ingredients on hand. It was super fast and everyone loved it. I think it's one of those great Saturday morning breakfasts.
