1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the last 3 ingredients. Gradually add 2nd mixture to first mixture. Poll out and cut. Bake a 375* for 8-12 mins (not golden brown!!!)
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
6 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 c. butter softened
2 tsp. vanilla
~ Gradually add 2 c. powdered sugar then gradually 2 c. more until right consistency.
Donna taught me how to make these amazing cookies a few years ago and they are the bomb! They disappear in no time flat! And are so simple but taste like they are complicated. I Love recipes like that! Thanks for always teaching me yummy recipes Donna:)
