Danielle's Stroganoff.

egg noodles.
1 lb. venison, steak, or elk.
1 brown gravy packet
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
cook noodles according to package directions. (Usually boil in water until soft and drain)
Cut whatever meat you are using into bite size pieces and fry in pan with olive oil.(we used venison)
When meat is cooked all the way through add the rest of the ingredients and heat until a thick consistency.
Serve meat sauce over egg noodles and add a dollop of sour cream.(optional)
My sister-in-law Danielle came up with this amazing fast and easy stroganoff recipe. My husband absolutely loves it! I'm pretty sure he would eat it every night if he could. Needless to say there are NEVER left overs!

  1. I will have to try this. I usually hate stroganoff, but since there are no mushrooms...I will let you know how it turns out.

  2. Danielle usually uses cream of mushroom but I don't like it either so I switched it up:)
