Pineapple Shower Cake

Pineapple Shower Cake
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 lg. pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 c drained crushed pineapple
Whipped Cream

Mix yellow cake mix according to directions except add drained oranges. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. Mix pudding as directed, let set. Stir in pineapple. Spread over cake, cool in fridge and serve with whipped cream.

The first time I had this cake was about 15 years ago at my cousin Nicole's bridal shower. I loved it so much that I ate 3 pieces, then my mom asked for the recipe which they were so willing to give out. It has since become one of our favorites (besides Red Velvet Cake) for birthdays.
